Akit Patel BDS MFDS RCS MClinDent MRD RCS
Akit Patel graduated from Guy's Dental Institute in 2002. He
furthered his training in general practice, oral and maxillofacial
surgical and dental specialties at University Oldchurch Hospital in
Essex and University Dental Hospital in Manchester.
Whilst in private practice, Akit completed the no. 1 rated UK
Prosthodontics programme at UCL Eastman Dental Institute, London.
He received his Masters degree in Clinical Dentistry in Fixed and
Removable Prosthodontics with distinction and an award for clinical
and academic excellence.
In addition to 33 Beaumont Street, Akit works in specialist
practices in Cambridgeshire and in London. He also works at the
Eastman Dental Institute as a Clinical Teaching Fellow where he
teaches on the Restorative graduate courses.
Akit provides general and specialist restorative care with
special interests in preventive dentistry, crown & bridge,
denture, implant and cosmetic rehabilitation. He is a registered
specialist in Prosthodontics. He is a member of the Royal College
of Surgeons of England and of the International Team for
Implantology (ITI).
